Redefining how procurement works
We want to help reduce the workload where algorithms can do better, but support strategic procurement at the events that are of strategic importance.
We are convinced that the future of procurement looks similar to the future of the automobile: autonomous procurement will revolutionize the world in the same way as autonomous driving.
2014 & 2018
algorithms, provided via Office+
In 2014, TWS partners began making their know-how available as Excel Sheets. Since then, customers have been using various digital solutions, for example strategy advisors to train their employees and to document the results of negotiations. Since 2018, we ran this as a successful inhouse business unit with several products already leaving the confines of classical office solutions.
TWS Digital Products was founded
In 2022, TWS Digital Products was founded as a 100% subsidiary of TWS Partners AG in order to make the existing experience available as a modern SaaS solution.
renamed to nnamu
nnamu are the last 5 letters of John von Neumann's name if you read the name - according to game theory - from the back.
John von Neumann (December 28, 1903 – February 8, 1957) was a Hungarian-American mathematician, physicist, computer scientist, engineer and polymath.
Von Neumann made major contributions to many fields and is essentially one of the (co)founders of both game theory and digitalisation via computer sciences.
nnamu stands for both of these achievements transported to the procurement world and pays respect to John von Neumann.
PASSION FOR GAME THEORY
TWS Partners, the founder of nnamu.
TWS Partners is the only company globally which is exclusively and successfully using Nobel Prize-winning research results in the field of game theory to improve business performance.
Founded in 2001 in Munich as a spin-off from industry and research, TWS Partners has always been closely connected to the scientific world. This has enabled us to constantly advance our methodology and to develop new applications based on state-of-the-art research.
Our founders Marcus Schreiber (CEO) and Professor Achim Wambach (President of ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research) advocate this scientific and innovation-oriented approach.
